Ingredients:
For the chicken:

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the dressing:

cup mayonnaise

For the salad:
- 1
large head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped

cherry tomatoes, halved

cup croutons
- 1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat
your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a
small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and
pepper. Brush the chicken breasts with this marinade mixture on both
sides.
- Grill
the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an
internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let them
rest for a few minutes. Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
- In a
separate bowl, prepare the Caesar dressing by whisking together the
mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon
mustard, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- In a
large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes,
croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle
the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all the
ingredients.
- Arrange
the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
